About
Why Frontier Advisory Lab exists
For nine years I've done one thing: make Dynamics 365 deliver what the business was promised when it bought the thing. Across manufacturing, software, professional services, finance, and retail, the pattern barely changes — good companies with powerful systems that quietly fail them, because the implementation served the software instead of the business.
Most recently I did that work inside a Microsoft Gold Partner. I saw the model from the inside: capable people, buried under account layers and long timelines, billing slowly for outcomes that could have been delivered faster and more directly. The work was often good. The structure around it rarely earned what clients paid for it.
Frontier Advisory Lab is the alternative I wanted to offer. The same senior expertise, pointed straight at your business outcome — with AI built into how the work gets done, so it's leaner and faster without losing an ounce of rigour. The person you talk to is the person doing the work. That's the whole idea.
How I work
Four things that don't change between engagements
I solve business problems, not software tickets.
The configuration is how I get there. What you're buying is the outcome — a team that trusts its numbers, a sales process that fits how you sell, customers who feel the difference.
Direct, not delegated.
You work with me, start to finish. No account manager, no handing your project to whoever's free that week.
AI as leverage, not theatre.
I use AI to deliver faster and leaner, and I'll tell you exactly where — including building custom Copilot agents in Copilot Studio, not just switching on features.
Outcomes over hours.
Scoped to the result, not padded to the retainer. When you don't need something, I'll tell you.
